Dairy-free yoghurt bowls are quick and easy as a breakfast meal or a midday snack.

I like the fruity, soya yoghurt options that are low in fat and have no added preservatives.

I use a combination of different fruits, nuts, seeds as toppings. Woolies has a yummy range but you can get them just about anywhere.They are available in strawberry, black cherry, smooth mixed berry, vanilla and summer fruit flavours. The yoghurts are 100% vegan and absolutely delicious.
