Apple Avo Smoothie

I call this my cleansing, detox smoothie after a weekend of bad food decisions (yes, vegans also eat junk). It leaves one feeling energised and nourished. Made with avocado, apple, banana, and kale, it’s packed with fibre, making it a superfood for breakfast.

Ingredients
2 green apples
1 cup kale
1 banana
2 cups almond milk
1 medium avo
1 tbs chia seeds
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Always use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies
