Fruity Seeded Smoothie

This fruity, creamy, seeded, deliciousness is a simple smoothie that is perfect for a quick breakfast or snack. It is always best to use frozen fruits - the flavour is more enhanced and it cuts down your prep time.

Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk
1 tbs almond butter
1 tbs chia seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Always use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies
