Peanut Butter Bomb

It’s basically a peanut butter & banana sandwich in a cup. Maple syrup and banana provide that natural sweetness, chia seeds - plenty of protein and sustainable healthy fats from the peanut butter.

Ingredients
2 frozen bananas
1 cup almond milk
2 tbs unsalted & unsweetened peanut butter
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon
50g (2 scoops) Plant-based protein powder
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Always use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies
