Berry Apple Chia

Chia seed are those diamonds that come in small packages! They are insanely healthy and make smoothies delicious! Mixed with frozen berries, a smoothie with chia seeds is a superfood! For an additional morning boost or a midday pick-me-up, I definitely turn to this easy berry apple chia smoothie.

Ingredients
1 tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup dairy-free yogurt
1 apple, frozen
1/4 cup blueberries, frozen
3 strawberries, frozen
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Always use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies
