Blueberry Green Smoothie

This is definitely a superfood green smoothie recipe. It's made with baby spinach and blueberries for a powerful anti-oxidant boost. The pumpkin and sunflower seeds add plenty of protein, but if you wanted another protein boost, you could add hemp seeds.

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
2 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup blueberries
1 medium banana
2 tbs sunflower seeds
2 tbs pumpkin seeds
1 cup diced cucumber
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
Add additional liquid (water/plant-milk) when needed
TIP: Always use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies
