Verry Berry Smoothies

My mixed berry smoothie is a refreshing and healthy combination of fruit, nut butter and seeds. It's Anaya-approved (my toddler) and as always - super easy to make! Have it for breakfast or as a mid-day snack.

Ingredients
2 bananas
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup almond milk
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs almond butter
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies.
