My kiwi & blueberry smoothie is a breakfast and post-workout nutritious goodness. It’s full of flavour and will keep you full until, which are packed with protein.

Ingredients
3 frozen kiwis, peeled and cut
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup dairy-free yoghurt
2 tbs mixed seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Always use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies
