Kiwi Smoothie

Kiwi is an underrated fruit - albeit peeling it needs dainty hands. This is another favourite green-creamy smoothie that I enjoy after a morning workout. I use the soya based dairy-free yoghurts for most of my recipes that require yoghurt.

Ingredients
1 banana
1 large green apple
3 kiwis, peeled
2 cups spinach
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs spirulina powder
1 cup dairy-free yoghurt
1 cup water
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies.
