Oat Cinnamon Smoothie

It's a bowl of oats - in a blender! its also a homey, cozy flavour - with a creamy texture that triggers sensations of comfort. All this while fueling your body for a healthy day ahead.

Ingredients
1/3 cup oats
1 cup dairy-free yoghurt
1 banana
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbs mixed seeds
25g (1 scoop) Plant-based protein powder
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Always use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies
