Pineapple Kale Smoothie

If you understand the goodness of kale (which you should) but are not particularly fond of how it tastes then this is the smoothie for you. Healthy ingredients, with a natural sweetness like banana and pineapple hide the taste of kale really well. The chia seeds and plant-based protein powder are high in protein and fibre to keep you fuller for longer. Again, it doesn't taste like kale:)

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
2 cups kale
1 medium banana
25g (1 scoop) plant-based protein powder
2 tbs chia seeds
1 tbs spirulina powder
1 cup frozen pineapple
Method
Blend everything together and enjoy:)
TIP: Always use frozen fruits and veg in smoothies
